I immediately called to explain that this was not what I wanted. Was told this would be cancelled and the new plan which included my furnace and A/C would be set up. I'm still being billed for the original plan which I cancelled more than two months ago. Trying to talk to these reps is next to impossible. They said that cancellation must be done within 60 days. I cancelled after 3 weeks. All I have been told is that I have to pay this invoice. How many more people are being duped by this unfair business practice? More people should speak up and a letter to the Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania seems to be in order.

Town & Country had the lowest current price by quite a bit! In addition, the man who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew immediately pricing, appointment times, delivery policy etc. I found this to not be true of some other companies. For example, upon calling some of the others the person answering the telephone did not have current prices or know their companies policy on minimum delivery amount etc. They had to have someone call me back. Weird and very annoying. Who has time for that. So I appreciated Town & Country's quick and friendly response. I just received my delivery yesterday. The delivery person was quick and left my bill and a small gift of a nice mug and magnet and company info at the door. Very nice touch! Will use this company again in the future I am sure.

I would have thought for the price we paid, I would not have to spend my weekend cleaning up. Although it's not a finished basement, we do keep it clean because it's my children's playroom. I moved all of their toys out of the way for the workers, and I'm glad I did because even the play mat was dirty. I finally saw a young man, Dylan, who was working the self check out area. He looked it up on his phone and pointed to the right isle. She did not even tell me to insert my card ! I went ahead and inserted my card and processed the payment and the screen showed an email receipt or a printed copy, she just handed my the printed copy and not even a simple "Thank You" ! And no offer to place it in a bag ... This is really outstanding customer service at its best ! I'm being sarcastic of course .... I called the store and spoke to a manager and expressed my displeasure ! Look if this individual is not happy there then leave, there are plenty of people who would appreciate a job, you know. This really leaves a black mark on Home Depot and their service. Considering Lowe's is pretty much next store to them ! Hardly anyone in Home Depot vs. Lowe's which was packed with shoppers ! Employees are cheerful and greet you properly and say Thank You for your business ! Seems there is a cancer of poor quality employees at Home Zdepot which will be the demise of this location ! I completed an online review of my purchase from the sales receipt and it was removed by Home Depot ! I guess they remove negative posts. The store manager did reach out via email and apologized and offered a gift card which was declined, we just hope for better service !

Was so excited to learn about Harbor Freight in the local areas! The store was close enough to my…read moreresidence that I could shop there in the near future (post Covid-19). Had a little home project so thought I would utilize Harbor for the first time. Called store at 8:15am to arrange a purchase and pick up at the store later that day. A man who answered the phone declined to accommodate the over the phone order, payment and pickup. He said I could do an online order and pay for shipping. So disappointed as most local hardware and home store will accommodate any type of sale, pre-order, online, store pickup. ACE Hardware, Lowes, Home Depot, local hardware stores in our communities are happy to accommodate a purchase and customer pickup. ESPECIALLY IN THE COVID-19 TIME. Is it not federal and State law that retailers opened need to make accommodation to distance people, not only by letting a limited number of shopper's in the store but by accommodating other avenues to ensure safety? Would it not be safer to order over the phone and do a quick store pick-up? The person on the phone was harsh, his dementor and tone was not accommodating. The way he spoke was sharp and on the edge of rude and very curt; sounded like he enjoyed saying order on-line and pay for shipping. Unfortunately, the item I wanted was $9.99 and a few other items added so on-line order was not worth the shipping. I can go to another store to get what I wanted at Harbor Freight. But the bigger picture is I will not even take the time to shop in the store or online in the future. I only deal with companies that appreciate my business and are courteous.
