We've since switched to EBOX, which offers faster service, better coverage, quicker response times, and more generous data and speed -- all for a quarter of the price. Explor feels like using dial-up internet from the 1990s.

During the course of our conversation I mentioned I was ready to drop verizon and make some kind of payment arrangement for the remaining balance. Dale asked us to give him a few minutes to make a call. A short while later we had replacement fold 4s which had either stopped working completing or had severe screen separation issues making the inner screen useless. And this was after both Samsung and verizon both had already said too bad nothing we can do. It pays to go to a store instead of online sometime! Thanks Dale!
