T Mobil is the worst service ever. Darnell was nice. However the service just did not work in…read morelimestone. They also said if I paid off my iPhone I was paying on they would get me a gift card rebate. This turned out to be a complete scam. They just keep sending you emails saying they need more and more information. So I paid my month service and also purchased a phone for the hubby. I canceled the service 7 days into next billing cycle yet kept getting billed for full amount. Went to T Mobil a few times and one time Darnell was in the phone with them and they said a prorated bill would be coming. Turns out they do NOT prorate so I had to not only pay &98 for 7 days of service but also they added $14 in directory assistance calls we never made. At one point I called the Fort Kent store looking for Darnell and told the lady I was trying to talk to Nick in Presqule and was getting him frustrated and she proceeded to give me a lecture on how to treat people. I have MEVER been rude. I have been dealing with this for almost 4 months. Now to top it off T Mobil is says sense I did not use the new phone for 40 days they won't unlock it for us to use. WE PAID CASH FOR THE PHONE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER CELL SERVICE.

Not changing my mind tho, still going with Starlink once it ships!

We've since switched to EBOX, which offers faster service, better coverage, quicker response times, and more generous data and speed -- all for a quarter of the price. Explor feels like using dial-up internet from the 1990s.
