They do not care one bit about their customers. The whole staff is so nervous to give you any information on when they can get you scheduled or where a part is or when it's going to show up. The entire organization is programmed to evade responsibility it is always someone else in the organization who could possibly answer your question, and they are not available but would call you back. Never happened. I needed a part for my A/C it took 6 days for them to place the order .... I had the exact same part number on Amazon could have had the part in two days, but I didn't want to void any warranties. In hindsight it would have been much smarter than living without A/C in July for two weeks. Never again with these guys. Total run around!!! Please use someone else if you can. Trust me on this. I never write reviews, but this feels like a completely coached organization. They would have gotten zero stars if it was possible.
