I called Flanders and they walked me through a simple adjustment that was an oversight on MY part, and saved me the expense of a service call. They do not care one bit about their customers. The whole staff is so nervous to give you any information on when they can get you scheduled or where a part is or when it's going to show up. The entire organization is programmed to evade responsibility it is always someone else in the organization who could possibly answer your question, and they are not available but would call you back. Never happened. I needed a part for my A/C it took 6 days for them to place the order .... I had the exact same part number on Amazon could have had the part in two days, but I didn't want to void any warranties. In hindsight it would have been much smarter than living without A/C in July for two weeks. Never again with these guys. Total run around!!! Please use someone else if you can. Trust me on this. I never write reviews, but this feels like a completely coached organization. They would have gotten zero stars if it was possible. Their overall score is a lot higher than it should be because people have to give them at least 1 star.

I only went with this company because it is through my warranty. I would NOT reccomment this company to anyone. Don't waste your time.

Our AC stopped working during the start of a heatwave, and Kyle was able to get out to us quickly. He was absolutely fantastic--friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was the honesty. Kyle diagnosed the issue fast, explained everything clearly, and made the repair without trying to upsell us on anything we didn't need. That kind of transparency and integrity is rare these days, and it's exactly why I'll be calling them again for any future HVAC needs. Many times I was afraid they were going to tell me I need a new system (mine is quite old), but instead they find the parts to keep the old system running, saving me countless thousands of dollars. I don't know how their prices compare to other providers in this industry, but whatever they charge is worth it.
