Another transmission shop told me I needed a new transmission, but Affordable Car Care & Transmissions thoroughly inspected my Mini Cooper and determined that wasn't the case. They saved me a significant amount of money and gave me confidence that the issue was being handled correctly. One thing I really appreciated is that they work on Mini Coopers, which can be difficult to find in an independent repair shop. They were knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. If you're looking for an honest transmission and repair shop in the Humble area, I highly recommend them. It's refreshing to find a shop that puts integrity and customer service first. They are officially my car mechanic shop from now on.
