When I finally said, "Thanks for finally noticing me," instead of an apology, the staff looked offended. No acknowledgment, no recovery--just attitude. Beautiful store, but poor customer service. They have a range of leather belts, boots made of leather, shirts, Cologne, gold and silver chains and more. They have a traditional jewelry department where you can buy traditional holy bracelets for your kids, coming of age necklaces, and golden bracelets and hoop earrings. The atmosphere carries the Latino & Proud title and make the most to impress their fellow Latino consumer.
