Although the AC and water heater appointments were scheduled for different time slots, Kyle handled both services seamlessly. He was professional, well-mannered, and efficient, transitioning between the two tasks without any wasted time. We are very particular about not wearing shoes inside our home and provided disposable boot covers, requesting that he use a new pair each time he went outside and returned indoors. Kyle fully respected this request and followed it carefully. Before changing the filters for our attic units, Kyle informed me that he only had one set of filters available and initially planned to schedule another technician to complete the remaining work. When I explained that scheduling another visit would be inconvenient, he immediately contacted the main office and arranged to go to the warehouse himself to pick up the additional filters. He returned quickly and completed the job sooner than previous technicians have. Additionally, when our thermostat was replaced during a prior visit, we were told a handyman would return to patch the wall openings left from the old horizontal thermostat. That follow-up never occurred. Kyle took the initiative to call the office on our behalf and successfully scheduled a handyman appointment to complete the finishing touch-ups, which we greatly appreciated. Kyle's work was thorough, professional, and highly efficient. Despite it being a Saturday and us having a full schedule, his effectiveness allowed us to move on with our day sooner than expected. We've got a 20 year old AC unit in our condo, and haven't had cool air for three months. The team arrived with the new part on Friday (before their scheduled time! They were set to start at 8 and showed up 20 minutes early ready to go), but needed some more equipment to repair and said they'd finish the job on Saturday. They were there from 8am to 6pm on Saturday troubleshooting some truly insane wiring before coming back to finish the job this morning. It's not just that they put in crazy amounts of work to understand the problem and make sure they did the job right - they left us better in every way than when we arrived. It turns out our thermostat had shorted and was sending constant, unreliable signals to the A/C unit, wearing it out and keeping our AC on when it didn't need to be, meaning our bill was hundreds of dollars more a month than what it needed to be. They replaced the thermostat and rewired it so it... just works! We've never quite known what would happen when we used the thermostat for the three-ish years we've lived here. I'm in awe of their professionalism in the face of a truly frustrating problem and grateful for the work they've done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We had used Steve Spencer for easily 8yrs at our companies office building so when our unit needed…read morereplacement we didn't think twice about who to call, wow, was THAT a mistake. They came out, gave us an estimate, hounded us for a decision on whether or not we would be using them and when we chose them and had the unit installed they continued to HOUND us for payment; well beyond the usual, "here is your bill/invoice". Our headquarters was receiving multiple calls every day beginning the day the job was completed asking for payment and once the check was cut, which was approximately 2 weeks after completion, he demanded we overnight the check. We had been running on a net-30 basis with him for well over 8yrs so I should have seen this as a red flag but I ignored it, another big mistake. Less than 30 days after the new unit was installed, and less than 1 week after he cashed the check the "NEW" unit, or so he claimed, failed on us. To have another contractor come out would mean we voluntarily VOID our warranty on a $6500 unit so, we have spent 3 weeks leaving messages, sending emails, and trying to avoid legal action. Funny how when HE needed his money he was available at the drop of a hat but when his "shotty" work and crappy refurbished equipment sold as "new" fails, he disappeared! Use ANYONE but Steve Spencer!!!!!

They worked fast but did not cut any corners. They went out of their way to do things correctly, even on things I would of never noticed. They were extremely clean and respectable of my home. They took the time to explain any options I had and I really feel they were looking out for my best interest when it came to system selection/price points/and efficiency. My system is amazing. Heats the house real quick, and cools it quick too. I feel like it cleans the air too. There is no weird smells and both heater and AC are super quiet. In most of my house I don't notice it turning on or off. I love being able to control it from my phone app even when I'm not at home. I find myself using my phone app to control even when I'm sitting 5ft away on the couch. I can also view usage rates which is helpful in conserving energy use.
