When she reported it, management said there was "no way he did that" and offered her free services instead, which was very disturbing. No one should experience this. I strongly caution other before coming here.

In the hunt of a massage place in the cypress area and came across this place…read more I didn't want to spend to much and wanted a decent massage at the same time. I saw the option of a chair massage and was surprised. You normally don't see these at massage places it's usually at the mall. My wife and I did the 30 minute chair massage and it was pretty good. Felt no different than a regular laying down massage. The pressure wasn't too light (which I was worried about) and it wasn't too hard. They masseuse kept asking if it was ok, which I appreciate it. He even noticed my tensed areas and I can tell he added more pressure on those spots. If the chair was this good can't imagine the other options. The only downfall is alot of the massaging happens in a one big room. They do have Curtain dividers on one side of the room but the rest of the place has tables for massages and two chairs. It was kind of weird cause you can hear whispers and watches or phones chiming. Kind of kills the relaxation. Maybe having a silent phone rule would help. They might have rooms but it was too dark to tell. Also it's better paying cash as you will be charge a service fee for using your card. We didn't know that but we do now. I would come back.

I was already planning to leave a tip, but after I gave it to them, they told me it wasn't enough and pressured me to give more. It honestly felt like I couldn't leave without increasing the tip past $10. No customer should ever feel guilted or cornered into tipping more money. Tips are supposed to be appreciated, not demanded. Very unprofessional and it made the whole experience stressful instead of relaxing

I booked appointment but the therapist didn't want to do foot massage because it was hard on her hands... Have tried 2 other places in the area at Jones Road and on West Road. Both times by Chinese men. They did a good job. Then I tried Mya at JN Reflexology and I have to say she is doing a fantastic job. I am impressed by the value, the relaxed atmosphere the kindness and the quality of the treatment. She is very particular. When she starts with the face and head I feel relaxed and warm. Then she continues to neck and arms. When she finds your spots, she works on them firm enough to compare to deep tissue massage. She does the feet, legs and back in the same manner. My whole body gets treated. JN is closer to me and I have been 3 times in a week. I am very active and on my feet all day. I believe the treatments can help improve my health.
