This is a great credit union! The staff is always very nice!!…read more The best part is that since this a credit union, there is no supporting the banksters who caused the financial collapse!! It's local and more accountable to members, so there are less obnoxious fees ect. They are always very helpful when sending wire transfers to buy Bitcoins at reputable exchanges, another great way to undermine banksters!!!!

I had a horrendous experience with this place. After arriving for an appointment to open a…read morebusiness account, the rep I was scheduled with abruptly left her office, saying she'd be back. More than 10 minutes passed and I was still sitting there, so I walked out to the lobby, which was empty, and asked the two young tellers where the rep was. They just kind of shrugged and went back to looking at their phones. The woman returned and said she had to leave because she was double-booked. Someone else showed up and said he'd take over. So, I showed him my ID and EIN letter and he asked questions. That part was fine. He said he'd be in touch within a day or two. About a week later, I emailed him and asked him what was up. He was apologetic and gave some BS excuse. I told him him I had a bunch of cash at home that I'd really like to deposit. He said he had to check with someone, or something along those lines. More days went by. I called him and left a message asking for him to call me back. Nothing. I deposited my money at another credit union today and can honestly say that dealing with AZOne CU was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life.

I set up my Initial meeting with my tax strategist and we spent about 10 mins and he said he was not able to provide any strategy for me. They said they would apply the 4,000 towards tax preparation which I was fine with. Then when I tried to get my taxes prepared they were behind and unable to do them In time. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they refused. They didn't prepare my taxes. They didn't give me any tax strategies and said they aren't going to refund my money. It took me months and I fought tooth and nail with them and my credit card company finally refunded my $4,000 they tried to keep without providing service. Years later I get an email saying there is an invoice in my account when I have not engaged in business with them in over 2 years. I own a small business and have real estate investments. If you are in a similar situation stick with your local cpa/book keeper and don't fall for their used car sale pitch,

The Tax Strategy I received from Provision was a complete waste of $4,000…read more Before signing up for the Tax Strategy service I discussed my business with their Client Relation Manager Brad Doran. I explained my current tax strategy and he assured me there are better strategies available for my business, so I signed up with them to learn this "new" strategy. Fast Forward to the end of the process and Provision tells me the exact same strategy I was already using. Complete waste of money. I attempted to resolve the matter with Provision several times and they agreed to refund a portion of the cost. After constant lying and dragging of their feet, they said they had "closed it out" and never refunded any of the cost. If you are interested in getting a tax strategy, just contact a local CPA that is familiar with your type of business and they will be able to advise you for much cheaper than $4,000.
