Susanne, who was our main contact throughout the process, is tremendously organized and communicative, and Joe and his team are experts in food and hospitality. At our tasting, Joe and Susanne gave us great suggestions to tweak our menu, and welcomed our feedback. Renting table linens and coolers for our bar through them was also a breeze, removing a layer of stress from planning. On our wedding day, the food was just as good if not even better than at our tasting. We planned, prepped and placed our very detailed order two weeks in advance of our planned event. Apparently, they only have one chef and NO BACK UP PLAN. Chef was "sick" and they canceled on is with only 24 hours notice. Totally unprofessional! If you plan on booking with Dash of Salt, make sure you have a Plan B. You never know when they may cancel on you.
