Thankfully I had Scott as my piercer who explained that aligning two piercings facing the same direction on my 3D potato-chip surface of an ear takes real skill, care, and consideration. Thankfully Scott had all of these, and I'm really grateful to have stumbled upon this shop. Scott was exceptional in explaining the whole process and prepared me well for the big ouch and the aftercare. I really worried about the healing process because of various reddit posters, however the magic spray (hypochlorous acid + saline) he sent me home with has made the recovery a breeze. I've had the piercing for a week, and I forgot it was there after the first 36 hours. No inflammation or any signs of irritation. I'm only going to Scott for any future work. The only con of coming to Scott is that you'll want more piercings because he does such a good job and made the recovery so easy. He's also a cool and courteous dude. 10/10

The only negative was my artist was ready to go! Like I could feel that he really didn't want to do the tattoo. Maybe they had a long day because of the sale or holiday. But yeah... that's not the vibe you want from a person who's putting permanent anything on your body lol. In the end I like my tattoo. The experience just felt very rushed. I was able to get 2 tiny tattoos done that day with Isa and she is absolutely AMAZING. Great work, personable, friendly, informative and considering the meaning of the tattoos, very supportive and positive. I have more detailed work with orchids and bamboo I hope to get done at some point and if/when that happens, I would absolutely book with her. I saw more of her work on her instagram page and it's is so beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. Couldn't be happier with this experience. Also, the studio is very clean, proper hygienic protocols were followed and the atmosphere was welcoming. 10/10 Great people, great work and great service. Will recommend and hopefully be back soon. - Erin

I submitted info via their online contact form and Laura quickly got back to me. We went back and forth a bit via emails on details because, again, our first times. Had a fantastic experience. Laura is great and could not be better. She was really REALLY concerned that we were 100% comfortable before, during, and after. We had lots of questions and she had lots of answers. Each of our tattoos took just 30-40 minutes, so not very large or intricate. She constantly checked in with us during the process. Lots of small talk which she even said ahead of time would help mitigate the very minor uncomfortableness of being poked by a needle thousands of times in the same place. It worked. Laura, and the whole studio, could not have been better. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend R&R for any tattooing and related artwork. We're both really happy with what we now have.
