The only negative thing I found is that I do have a dog and a lot of dog hair was still left on the floor even though the floors were mopped and I did pay for a upholstery cleaning and the upholstery still had a lot of dog hair on it as well, but it could also just be my dog. Overall great value for what I got.

CAUTION TO ALL STR HOSTS…read more I do not recommend this company for short-term rental turnovers. I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Management should take a close look at its quality-control process because these problems reflect poorly on the company and raise serious concerns about employee performance and oversight. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves quality control, communication, and pricing transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other STR hosts.

In addition to regular wear, several spills had happened that were never completely cleaned up. JP were very responsive with answering my questions before booking them. They are a family owned business and I can tell they take pride in their work and want to do a great job for you. The carpets look as good as as I could have hoped for their age and we are very satisfied with both their work and their friendly helpful demeanor. The house feels much cleaner and brighter after their excellent work on the carpets.

The NOT Amazing Squad…read more CONS: 1- ESTIMATE Andrea tried to give me an estimate over the phone based on my house size. I told her I have a 4 bedroom house but I only needed to have a few things done: the floor, and the Master bedroom with its bathroom. She kept telling me I was going to need at least 4 hours (this is her insistence without even seeing my house.) I told her that I didn't need them to do "all" the floors (They did Not need to clean the 3 bedrooms, the studio, the kitchen nor upstairs) All they needed to clean was the basic main floor which included big rugs that helped minimizing floor space, btw the rugs we already vacuumed so they didn't even have to do that! 2- HOURS Since she told me 4 hours, I figured 9 to 1 pm To my surprise, it only meant 2 hours, 9 to 11 am. She told me there will be 2 women so each woman counts for 2 hrs. When you look at it that way, it's no longer a good price compared to other companies. I have a regular cleaning service I use ever since I moved here a year ago. They're highly rated, excellent professionals, quality work and trustworthy. The reason I couldn't use them was because you have to call them at least 2 weeks in advance for an opening but my relatives gave me little notice they're coming this weekend. That being said, my regular company sends me 2 girls to work for 4 full hours 9-1, for the same price Andrea gave me only working 2 hours 9-11. 3- TIME -Before the appointment: Andrea set the time for 9 a.m. -The night before the appointment: Andrea changed the time to 7:30 a.m. -The day of the appointment: I was told after the scheduled Appt at 7:30 that they were going to come at 8:30. At 8:30 only one girl showed up, I was told the other one got lost. An hour later she finally arrived. 4- POOR QUALITY / SLOW SERVICE Long story short, their quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Andrea tried to excuse it by saying they were on a time crunch. Time has Nothing to do with Quality, it's not like they finished the job! They left without finishing the Master Bedroom. (My other cleaning ladies finish it all plus vacuuming rugs, kitchen, dusting and extra bathroom.) Their microfiber rags to clean the mirrors are old, they left sticky lint all over the mirrors The woman who swept the living room floor missed corners, didn't even move the small breakfast table chairs to sweep under nor she moved the pet plate to sweep the morsels from the floor, are you serious? C'mon now! The mop was terrible, it kept spreading dirt around instead of absorbing it. 5- DAMAGE They damaged the floor from the Master bedroom, it looks like when they moved the bed to vacuum under the bed, they scratch our floor!!! Do we feel like taking them to small claims? YES! But we know they probably didn't mean it. The least thing Andrea could have done is give us our money back because that doesn't even start to cover the damage they did to our floor!!! 6- A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT See attached photos BEWARE: WE WERE LEFT WITH A DIRTY HOUSE WHICH WE HAD TO CLEAN ALL OVER AGAIN PLUS A DAMAGED FLOOR NEVER AGAIN!!! Review for StarShine Crew -- 2.5 Stars…read more The owner was courteous and honored the original price even after realizing the job was larger than expected, which I appreciated. However, the overall service quality did not meet expectations. An additional cleaner was brought in, and her comments about the scope of work and tipping were unprofessional. Several areas were also missed: the pool bathroom floor, the ceiling fan dusting, the front porch we had discussed, and the exterior side of the glass double doors. While some cleaning was completed satisfactorily, the lack of attention to detail resulted in a disappointing experience.
