I loved that my appointment started on time - nothing is more annoying than making an appointment and still having to wait 10-15 mins (which happens frequently at other salons). It's super small, with only two chairs, so you have to make an appointment in advance. Also - make sure you have enough time. My technician was extremely detail oriented, so my gel mani and pedicure took just under two hours. Full disclosure, it's a bit pricier than other places (gel manicure - $40 and regular pedicure - $35) but totally 100% worth it. Easily the best manicure and pedicure I've had in mount pleasant.
