We are having to explore hotel options to ensure no health complications arise. We called during office hours Thursday and instead of the office team responding they simply kept pushing the call to the overseas office which was no help. Invitation Homes recently underwent a huge lawsuit and from my research it looks like this is VERY common for this rental company.
