We had Allstate insurance in 2022. Half way through our policy they went up $100 a month on our…read morepolicy. When I asked them they said everyone policy went up so we canceled the next month. I found an insurance policy with Progressive that was hundred dollars less a month. So instead of telling us we had a balance of $250 they sent it to a collection agency. No letter in the mail or call asking us to pay the balance. I made arrangements to pay the collection agency and paid it today when I asked them to remove it they said they weren't obligated to remove it. I'm very upset with Allstate for doing this to us! We had perfect credit with no derogatory accounts on our credit. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The least they could do is ask the collection agent to remove it!

Where to start.... I signed up with Munn when I moved to Texas ~5 years ago based on a…read morerecommendation from my Realtor at the time. During this time, my phone calls were NEVER, EVER returned. I had to chase down his office EVERY TIME! When I needed something done, it NEVER was. For example: I paid off my car and called to get the lienholder removed. I was told "No problem". About 5 months later, I had to get my hatch window replaced. After looking at my policy, the lienholder WAS STILL THERE! If, God forbid, the car was totaled, the lienholder would have gotten a check and I would have been in a real jam trying to get that money back. Just a sample of the gross incompetence of this office. Each time I contacted his office, I was given groveling apologies and that Mike would call me personally. HE NEVER DID! I have seen a lot of "5 Star Reviews". How?? Surely I'm not the only one who has gone through this. I finally got around to transferring my policies to another agent. Good f---ing riddance.
