Worst customer service and resolution. Without proper evidence and assessment they refused to cover liability or even look at the damages caused by their under 21 rash insuree to a car that was rear ended while the car was at complete stop at red light. Even drunk driver in worst bad light could see a stopped car and red light and would not speed at a feeder lane where speed is barely 30/35. Now that I saw so many bD reviews about them, it seems they are ripping customers always like this. Regretting why I didn't call cops and reported it as that would be a good lesson for them and their insuree. Beware using geico if you respect yourself and want your sanity. They can go to any extent to run away from taking care of you. read more

0-5 for my 4-5 year experience with this company This entire company is freaking a joke, I have been a #Geico consumer for more then 4-5 years WITHOUT a incident. This year, I purchased a new car and got my full coverage #Geico insurance that day. Fast forward a couple months and I get hit pulling into work.(First ever ACCIDENT) a police report was issued and it states that I AM NOT AT FAULT. So my question to #Geico is, why am I still paying $250-$501 to get my car fixed. I WAS NOT AT FAULT, I have a police report. I followed your steps and rules as a safe drive and I'm still getting F'd over. I was denied a rental by his policy and my policy(pay out of pocket), I still have missing parts on my car, I was temporarily suspended from my job for 5 days because I couldn't get back a forth to work. I have a new issues with my windows malfunctioning, and I keep asking for the complaints department and I get transferred to another department like service or claims. Like this entire company is one big money scheme. #Geico voice "The better the commercial the more money we can steal, forget about people using the services, it's about quantity not quality." By far the worst experience I've ever had with any company insurance or otherwise. Paid for coverage for 10 years as soon as i needed them they shirked every obligation/commitment they had. My first claim in 20 years. .. Took 7 weeks to get car back Geico didnt honor rental agreement They doubled my deductible Car blew up on highway after 4 days Impounded by police because it took them to long To pick up. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! Was calling for a simple quote to add my son to my policy (just shopping around) and they took it upon themselves to add him without my authorization. I chose Geico as my auto insurance because it was cheaper than any other insurance. Sometimes cheap isn't the way to go. I started my policy by paying 88.17 well so my bank and i thought. Geico swears they never got the payment. Well, according to my bank of america statement they took the payment... My bank even sent legal documents stating the exact date and time(seconds included) that Geico withdrew the funds from my Bank of America bank account. Still wasn't good enough, and they even took a second payment out without my permission (I had a different card on file) so my bank of America account went into the negatives, again geico said they never received a payment. So are you trying to tell me Bank of America is psychic and knows that my bill is due on the 2nd of every month and that my payments are 88.17? STAY AWAY FROM GEICO! read more

If I could give them a zero star I would! Horrible horrible. One of their customer hit my car , her fault and it was a total loss. Almost 2 months later we are still waiting for them to pay us what they said which was still less than our company State Farm said they should. We took a nothing $800 on the med to be fair but they are stonewalling us on the damage to the car. Its a joke. We call , email , smoke signal and rarely any reply. No action just talk! This Alex guy adjuster in Houston office needs to be fired! Its amazing the lizard spends millions on advertising but has such horrible customer service and Incompetent employees. We are filling a complaint with the State Board of Insurance and we have a family full of attorneys , filing a small claims suit on their policy holder and the agent for full and punitive damages , fraud ,etc, etc. Their lack of action makes it worst for them by the day. read more

I was in an accident as a passenger back in November. My friend driving was not at-fault, so it was the other driver's insurance (Geico) who had to pay. I accepted what they offered me without any issue, and they agreed to cover all my medical expenses. I also notified my adjuster of the damage done to my laptop, to which she requested me to send her an email with the damages and photos... and I did. Six months later, I still have people sending me the same bills over and over again for non-payment, even though I've been forwarding them to my adjuster. Come to find out, Geico switched my adjuster without telling me! In the small amount of communication I've received since finding out, the new adjuster claimed that the bills have been paid. I've tried calling several times and have not been able to speak to anybody yet, except the nice customer service woman and the receptionist. And I still have no news about my laptop, which I WILL be getting reimbursed, for even if I need to take legal action. read more

I was hit by another Geico driver on Oct 28th. To date I do not have my rental car. My truck was picked up yesterday to go to the shop, because it cannot be driven. So a month without my truck or a rental vehicle I thought since we were both insured by Geico it would be quick and easy,not the case. They are rude, senseless bozos who frankly do not give a damn. They are trying to shirk their responsibilities, but they sure send you a bill every moth on time. been with them before for almost 20 years dropped them because of bad customer service, went back. Been with them 2 years now and they suck. As soon as you file a claim, they are your enemy. They should be sues for false advertising of the service they provide. I wish all these drivers who have been treated like this after, paying month after month, could just get together and sue them. Guess we cant thats why they keep doing it.
