She did not understand that she needed to use it more sparingly. Then, in March of this year, her catalytic converter was stolen, and we submitted it as a claim. I guess that was the last straw. Instead of offering to raise rates or giving us any warning that this is going to happen, they canceled us. I am definitely switching companies tomorrow. I cannot believe this after such a long relationship. I have paid them so much money.

Delaware Insurance Advisors are hand-down the best insurance agency I've ever done business with (and I've done a lot of business with a lot of insurance agents). We have several policies with Steve and are very satisfied with his service, coverage and above all - pricing. Steve is no novice. He knows insurance like nobody else I know. So many people purposefully ignore the reality behind the necessity of insurance and flippantly go onto the Internet to shop for the lowest rate - as if they're buying airline tickets for crying out loud. Big mistake! If you don't have the appropriate representation when it comes to your insurance needs, don't expect anyone to come to your defense when things go wrong. So often we forget why we need insurance. Oh yeah, if I get into an accident or my house burns down - who is going to be there ready to rescue you from your tragedy? Steve Evanko - that's who! Do not wait any longer. Stop reading this review. Call Steve right now, before something goes wrong and you don't have the proper coverage to handle it. Steve is a wonderful, wonderful man. Please get to know him. You'll really appreciate this relationship. I do.

Therefore, I called around and had the best, most professional, and friendliest customer service from Amie Kim - State Farm insurance in Colombus. She picked up the phone herself as the owner of the agency and gave me by far the cheapest and most comprehensive quote. It was the only office where I got to speak to the actual agent, not their representative, and it was quick and easy. Amie is also an OSU graduate who has been helping students in the area for over ten years. She also has an expansive list of what most landlords and rental offices require, which was super quick. In less than ten minutes, I had what I needed. Highly recommended.

I probably only spent 15 minutes on the phone with her, and we were able to put together a plan that cut my car insurance costs in half, and she was very friendly and helpful with explaining how everything worked as far as payments go. She also provided sound advice on what she would include in her coverage, and it really only cost me a few bucks more a month. This will be the first time I've had a different car insurer, and I haven't had them long enough to say they are the best around, but Amie definitely started me off on the right foot, so for now, I'm very happy.
