Everyone at her office has always been able to answer all my questions and any question about coverage. Cindy Lou has even made follow up calls to make sure policy is updated . After filing a claim I was really happy with State Farm and all the help from everyone in her office and all the staff at state Farm that listened to all my claim details. I was upset and they took the time to listen and explain how the claim process worked. Afterwards I was so happy I got to deal with this group. The policy came in way higher than the quote…read more This was due to incorrect information entered by the Owner/Agent. the another agent in the office corrected it, but it took weeks Sara is very close talker invades your personal space. Also, their office is in a weird area for an Insurance Agency. That should have been my 1st clue hard to find, the building smell's like wet dog, Also very unprofessional in having a dog that runs out to "greet you" it more seems like it is attacking you. Never stopped barking when I was there, also when you call in you can hear the dog barking. Taking my business elsewhere. I would suggest if you want to have decent insurance for your family and belongings this would be the last agency you would go to.
