My recommendation would be to hire and/or train a more competent support staff and shift the leader's attention from their emphasis on sales/marketing back to good old customer service to take care of their existing customers on a more punctual basis. No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend. Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour!
