I have spent at this point hours on the phone and it still isn't resolved, through what appears to be a combination of indifference and incompetence. Why the national portion of a company cannot cancel a policy or why it takes over 4 phone calls to cancel a policy is mind boggling. They might be worse than Comcast and I didn't think that was possible.
