I have had to go through corporate every time or online to ask questions or figure out policy information and what was added (the previous agent thought it was convenient to write three policies and charge). Have called this office or Savannah and no one ever answers or returns phone calls. I'm done with this insurance company! Sick of being a number, sick of the disrespect and no communication. I moved my trucks over to State Farm when I started having problems. They are great! Insurance is a customer based business in my opinion. I give Ryan's store 1 star because the only time they do reach out is when they want $$ Ridiculous Find another agent let alone another insurance company! David Your funny! Why would I just start in on you threatening you cussing at you if you invited me to go over my policies. I have never even spoken to You! Only your answering service or Savannah. Yes cussing because I was overcharged you never would call me back, and you wouldn't even transfer my policy including you told main office that you wouldn't transfer my documents. What you are posting is absurd You and I know it and I'll be proving it. You and your staff? Interesting....You never called or asked me to meet up with you. I have emails and phone calls recorded Hope you have a prosperous 2020 as well

No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. And yet, their prices and premiums are still competitive, often lower than anywhere else for the same insurance. Better than anyone else has offered. Best of all, they are honest and once even told me how I could get better, less expensive coverage somewhere else for a personal project. Very "Miracle on 34th Street," right? I can't believe it has taken me this long to share my experience. Guess I was inspired today. Give Andy, Fred, or Doug your insurance needs and you'll be like me... a satisfied client who feels more like a friend. Just can't say enough good about Lautenbach Insurance. Keep it up, guys! Sorry it took so long to write something like this. But also, thanks for never asking me to. You rock!

Our rates started to soar and we began to have a hard time getting ahold of someone or even getting a promised return call. We finally decided to stop doing business with them this year after we kept calling for over a month trying to get someone to shop around our policy due to huge increases in our premiums (we've never had an accident or filed a claim on our home). When they finally did get back to us the conversation felt very steered towards insurance companies that would benefit them and definitely not us (ie best commission for them) We went with another company that saved us over 3k on our policies and will be proactive in making sure we have the best rate and coverage each year without us having to call in and ask for it. I would avoid doing business with them because they are no longer for their clients and it shows.
