I wrote a review for their older OP location a couple years ago when they reupholstered an old easy…read morechair my mom gave me. That project went really well. I've had a mid century vinyl lobby chair since the late 90s that had a wrecked seat. Paul's reupholstered this chair for me recently as well and I'm happy with the results. They suggested eliminating the taffeting in the seat and retaining it only on the back to help prevent the old issue of the seat material coming apart over time and that was the right choice. I liked that look but it looks great without it too and will be more durable with regular use. The workmanship is high quality and they redid all the piping and everything just like it was. I picked out a red vinyl to match the rest of the den furniture and I'm happy with that too. Paul's also was like $300 cheaper than the comparative quote I got from another place here in town. They have free pickup and dropoff too. I'll continue using Paul's for any future reupholstering projects.

Complete joke. Used them to restore spring work and upholstery on booths in my restaurant. The…read morespring work has failed completely on all that they did and the vinyl he used was complete garbage. Tried claiming it was disinfectants used over covid. Total bullshit. Odd that he did all but 2 booths in the establishment and his work failed on everyone and the old booths are still in tact. They don't deserve one star. Won't even respond to try and make it right. Do yourself a favor and run from this company. My customers won't even sit in them now. This dudes a total hack.

They…read moretackled a huge job, installing 2000 sq ft of new carpet and restretching another 500 sq ft, all in a single day! They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and communicated their plans thoughtfully. I thought for sure they would have to come back on a different day to complete the job-- but indeed they underpromised and overdelivered. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home. They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Special thanks to Autumn, the sales rep who advised us on the carpet choices and pricing options. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, kudos to Mark, the scheduler, who was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. The quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend the entire Creative Carpets team-- Wilfredo Romero and his installation team (Romero Carpets, who does all of Creative Carpets installations) , as well as Autumn and Mark for any carpet or flooring needs! We will be back soon to replace the carpet on a different floor.
