As another practicing doctor, I can confidently state that he has years of experience and knowledge(Dr. Swann teaches other dentists in the county for continuing education) and I am in awe of how much he knows about every single oral disorders and the latest treatment options out there. I have had a middle ear and cervical cysts removed and also mandible angle reduction surgery via total anesthesia by Dr. Swann. I was particularly nervous and the total anesthesia part, but the doctor was a pro, and before I knew it I woke up with a refreshed feeling with a minimal pain. Post op checks were done as well to ensure that I am doing great and healing fine. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

I easily get them, He took out two teeth, and didn't do what he said, I got a dry socket, I called him after few days of pain and was told he was not going to be in the office until Monday and they prescribed me antibiotic, nothing for all the pain. They said call Monday and they would try to give me some times to come in. Dry sockets are very painful as toothache and ear ache all in once. I called in distress after pain all week, now been 8 days. I was told their computers were down and they would get back to me, I could not believe they just didn't have me come and take all the pain away. I called another Dentist and they took me right away. Dry sockets are nothing to mess with. Very uncaring people. Sandy Buchanan

Update on January 26th MACT left me a message stating that their system is now fully back up and…read morerunning and that I could now schedule a follow up appointment. In other words, it took them over two months to get their system back on to provide medical services. On January 31st I received a letter from them stating that a "unauthorized party accessed some of their files which included information that contained my name and one or more of the following: Social Security number and medical information related to my care, such as doctors, diagnoses, insurance information, medicines, test results, images, care and treatment." They are offering a complimentary 12-month membership to Experian's Identity Works..... ridiculous! MACT did NOT take the proper precautions to protect their system, allowing an unauthorized party to access HIPAA protected information. MACT has endless financial resources unlike their patients. I have gone without medical and dental care as have other patients for months because MACT failed to protect the privacy and security of their patients information which led to this debacle and they're now offering a complementary membership to Experian...What a joke! This is wrong on so many levels. Do better MACT!

Him and the rest of his team went above and beyond with the care they provided for her. Many dentist would not want to put in the extra time on a holiday weekend, but he made sure that my daughter had a pretty smile again before we walked out the door, taking the time and great care placing temporary fillings to even out her teeth until they heal enough to be repaired. I highly recommend Dr Ask and the rest of the team at Jackson Creek Dental Group!! They helped make a terrible situation better than we thought possible.
