The woman who answered the phone spoke to me like I was stupid for asking basic questions and had an incredibly condescending tone the entire call. If this is how they treat potential new patients before you even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat you once they already have your money. Customer service matters, especially in healthcare. I ended the call feeling annoyed and disrespected and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I was impressed by how fast they could get her in. The inside and outside of the office was all decorated for Christmas which helped my 4yo feel less nervous.
