First time writing a review- so I'm happy to do it for this place!…read more I was looking for a transmission for a Jeep Patriot and came across Omar. He was and is one of the most helpful people I've ever come across. He has been extremely thoughtful and honest with this purchase. Some people just radiate trust and Omar is that person. He seems to enjoy his job and does passionately well. For anyone looking for parts, he is the guy to talk to! Any money spent here is well worth it. You'll be walking out with a great item, incredible customer service and confidence in your purchase!

I've been on a bit of a Yelp hiatus, because, you know, life happens…read more But I had to drop a review for this business because they are THAT good. I have used Riverside Garage for a few things and they have always been fair and honest with me. Most recently I thought I needed new brake pads on my Rav-4, so I dropped it off for the guys to check out. They easily could have told me I needed new pads and sold them to me, I wouldn't know the difference, as I am not a "car person". They told me I still have a ways to go before I need new pads. I really appreciate their honesty. Then they found a nail that had been in my back tire and removed it and plugged it for a very reasonable price! I was wondering why the light was always on in the dashboard. Thank you so much Riverside Garage, you have a customer for life.

Was immediately contacted about coming in for a test drive. Scheduled a test drive and, day of, while on our 90 minute drive to dealership, was contacted and told that the car couldn't be located. The car couldn't be found for two days. Eventually it was supposedly located at some outside vendor...for the next two weeks it was a bunch of run arounds and we eventually found a similar car at a cheaper price with fewer miles and better upgrades through another dealer. Their overall organization needs improvement and the people who answer the phones need a serious 101 on costumer service. Just an exhausting overall experience. Will not consider this dealership in the future.

So I should've done this review a few years ago when this occurred but I'll explain for the late…read morereview in the narrative. I took my car in to V & R, 3 years ago to get a battery. In the Jeep Grand Cherokee's, the battery is under the passenger seat. I probably should've went somewhere else considering I had taken my car there on three separate occasions for engine misfiring before and they supposedly fixed it. Well, on this occasion, for them to fix the battery, they had to diagnose the engine to make sure it was the battery. Long story short, when I got home, my radiator was leaking. I told Rocky that I had no issue with my radiator or anything leaking with my engine. He said that I probably hit something on the way home, which was total BS. Again, long story short, after another thousand dollars of spending money there what was I supposed to do? I needed a car. So now fast-forward three years later...they had replaced windshield wipers on my vehicle before this incident while I had it in for an oil change. Well now yesterday, I went to get new Windshield wipers and as my buddy was replacing them, he tells me that the windshield wiper on the passenger side was super glued on!!! Could you freaking believe this???? I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Rocky seems like a nice guy, but he doesn't watch what his employers are doing in the shop. They rip you off and he's not willing to back up anything that they do there. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want more and more repair bills! The mechanics need to be supervised!!!

And to the owner is very rude and you can see by his replies. He just calls every reviewer who doesn't work for him a liar . I bet he'll do it under this post. Contact me for proof . The fact that the businesses only responses are accusations of customers calling them liars instead of getting to the root of the problem speaks volumes !!!
