Absolutely atrocious service across multiple experiences…read more Same issue has happened twice. Call the business and get routed to what I'm guessing is the owner's cell phone. Explain the situation and agree upon a time and date for a repair. Time and date comes, no contact through the entire window. Then we call the business again and speak with Shannon, the most professional person amongst the whole organization, who explains that we were scheduled for a different time and day. This is unacceptable as I had made the appointment and even sent a text message to the individual to verify my name, address, phone number, and the agreed upon appointment for service. I haven't experienced such unprofessional behavior in quite some time, and you'd better believe I will do everything in my power to make sure this company is not used by any friends or family.
