I noticed the store reopened two days ago and that there was a line to get in. 38 ppl max capacity in the store and about 8 persons on line. Not bad. Today I came around opening and there was only two persons on line so I decided to take my lil gift card for a spin. When it was my turn to enter Jourdan a store employee was also entering to start his shift. I immediately noticed the line inside and had to make a choice wait or don't wait. So I looked around for an associate to pick out my shoe which I already pre chose b4 I got there. Jourdan literally clocked-in and turned around and took three pairs of shoes to search for between me and the other patrons. Now THAT is what I'm talking about. THAT is customer service that is we have a busy day and we got to get with it. Between him and the other young lady keeping the line engaged and tidying up around the store while we all waited for like 30 minutes LOL. I must say. This is the type of representation that Jamaica Ave needs. Clean, store, hand sanitizer around if needed and no one walking around enforcing masks bc who needs that. Go Footlocker! And way to go Jourdan for representing for your team. I bought a sneaker I am happy.
