This is a small to medium size tile store located on the Old Road in a shopping center in Castaic. There's three aisles... the two on the walks have the product, and the center aisle have the samples you can check out with your name and phone number. Yes, you have to return the samples. They didn't have the largest selection of tiles and glass, but I think they deal with pool customers more than floor and wall type customers. We were there because we needed tile for the pool we're having built. Not everything is marked, so you have to ask. The guy, probably the owner, was busy on the phone so we browsed by ourselves most if the time. He told me which ones fell into our price category for the pool company we were using, and he had a helpful hint on a tile sealer that he sells for $49 a quart sized bottle that really works on keeping out hard water stains, etc. read more

I am not one to post a negative review but I must share my experience. My husband and I walked into GB Tile and greeted the receptionist and she didn't greet us back. She kept on working on her computer. Not once did she ask if we needed assistance. We kept browsing at the various tiles. When we had questions she wouldn't make eye contact with us. It was as if her eyes were glued to the computer screen. When we inquired about samples it took her a few minutes to respond, as if we interrupted her day. As we exit out of the the place we said goodbye and again no response. Horrible customer service. read more
