Like previous reviews, I've spoken to Omari and Sam. The good point is that they usually reply quickly within 2 working days, but there's not much else to compliment. Their graphic designer has no sense of creativity or artistic sense. The logos they design are worse than the logos you can obtain for free on the internet. I have paid less than half the price for better designed unique logos. Their graphic designer had no idea of his own and depended on me to tell him every single detail such as adding in artwork (after I received a first draft of a square box containing text), changing the colour of the text to look less like a powerpoint clip art, changing the ugly font type they used etc. I guess in a way it's good if you know exactly how you want the logo to look like, and you can just send them a 1000 word essay on how you want the logo to look like, but what's the point of paying for a graphic designer then? I asked for a refund after they sent me the name of my company in a plain square box claiming it's a logo (I could design the same in 1 minute) and they refused to refund. Had to spend a long time telling them every single specific detail, but gave up in the end as their designer did not spend any effort on further changes, and the unlimited edits is just pointless.
Their promise of 100% satisfaction guarantee is a definite lie. read more
