The time taking to fully resolve any issue indicates that Neoteric do not understand what the issues are and instead kept patching up the problems rather than resolving the core issue. The website is very fragile and breaks down at every opportunity, we do not trust the website to effectively run our business, remain error or operate to a good standard. Even before it went live for the entire process the website was littered with errors and Neoterics support is shocking, they never come back to you and are rude to say the least.
