The older man who rung us out at the register was totally like your friendly elder neighbor with white hair and glasses. This made it seem like a nice mom n pop butchery. Before they wrapped it up, they asked if I wanted seasoning. I said sure. When I got home to open it, the meat smelled really nice. It was $165 ish for 5 ish pounds of bone-in prime rib.
