This is an updated review from my original of 11/09/2020. Matthew brings years of knowledge and experience to every case he handles. If you read my first review, I met him in the dark days of Covid. I was selling my home under a stressful situation while buying and moving into a new one! He handled everything for me and made the process flow perfectly to a most successful conclusion. I have much gratitude for his assistance. Recently, and three years later, I called upon him for yet another legal issue. His expeditous intervention, along with his reliable and highly skilled team, again saved the day for me. Matthew is a true professional you can trust to always have your best interests as his number one priority. You will find no one who will work harder to get you where you need to be. And his sense of humor always surfaces just when you need it the most! I strongly recommend Matthew based upon his years of experience, knowledge of the law, and unwavering integrity. He has so many other valuable skills. Take a moment and review the website for more information about this exceptional attorney. I trust him. Thank you, Matthew!

Matthew stood up to the usual expensive corporate lawyer & his past experiences showed through. We felt lucky to have Matthew's support that we felt a review was necessary to show that Matthew cares & will help you in the best way possible. Wifey had worked for UCDMC so we have ARAG legal insurance which Matthew takes right away. Just be sure to let him know before and/or during your first visit. We also had him update our will & living trusts several years ago. So we just didn't use him just once. Actually we were going to use him again just recently last year but fortunately for us we didn't need to as family situations can be always so precarious. Don't hesitate to make that appointment right away. We have met with him in both the Elk Grove & Roseville offices & a separate law firm downtown when he represented my wife. He communicates well through emails & phone calls if needed. He does come highly recommended by both me & my wife. Just know Matthew is thorough, experienced, efficient and above all professional in his attorney occupation. He will help you in the best way possible legally & please take this advice with the utmost confidence. Thank you Matthew for all you have done for us. We can't ask for a better person to do this job for us as he has supported us in so many ways. We have been so blessed. By the way I was just informed Matthew is only at the Roseville office now. We had contacted him via email last year so I was unaware of the only one office. It was very convenient back then but that doesn't stop us from being a returning customer when needed.

We were in need of transferring family property into my name, which was handled by Mr. Robert Wong. Mr. Wong thoroughly explained the process, made sure I provided all documentation needed for a proper transfer and completed the transfer with the help of his assistant Bethany, notary. Each appointment I had with Mr. Wong was handled very professionally. Our other need was for a will and living trust to be created for both of us. Mr. Michael Yee oversaw the entire process, interviewing us in person and giving us extended time to explain our needs and to collect the information needed for a proper will and living trust for us. It is very important to create a will and living trust that cannot be disputed. Mr. Yee created the perfect documents for our needs, providing a beautiful binder (more elaborate than any I've ever seen before! The binder comes with all the documentation, tabs, letterhead and a very nice red pen. Very classy and functional!) We feel that the cost to create our wills and living trusts is absolutely proper. With our interaction with Mr. Yee at his law firm, we interacted with his assistants (I apologize if assistant is not the correct title) who were always kind, polite, professional and helpful each time we were in the office. Ms Laurel, Ms. Bethany, Ms. Beth (Bethany also), Ms. Rachael and the entire staff were always alert and presented theirselves as professionals in their fields. The office is very clean and welcoming! We feel we are protected now and highly recommend the Ayer Law Group to anyone in need of estate planning.

We had poked around our area and none of the local estate firms really seemed to fit our needs. At the suggestion of a good friend we gave the Yee Law Group a call. From beginning to end the experience was excellent. In terms of getting this done we were the ones that lagged a bit and every time we provided or revised something, we heard back in less that one business day. The were friendly and professional at every turn. We headed up to Sacramento and signed the documents with no fuss. Friendly, competent legal services with reasonable pricing? Look no further

When my wife and I needed our trusts redone, I researched available law firms specializing in wills and trusts. Yee Law Group stood out during my research, and we are very happy we chose them for this project. At our first meeting with Michael Yee, it was obvious that he was an expert in this area of the law. He confidently answered all of our questions in ways that made his answers clear and understood. He gave us full confidence in every aspect of the professional relationship. Importantly, every communication with his staff was friendly and helpful, and it made us feel as though we were important clients of the firm. Our project is now complete, and it is easy for me to add my own 5-star review to all of the other 5-star reviews earned by Michael's law firm. The professional fee charged was fair, and I highly recommend Yee Law Group for all legal matters relating to wills and trusts.

Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end…read more I have been putting off something I needed to do for sometime. I needed to get a living trust done. One can never be too prepared. I searched in Yelp for a law firm that can do this for me. Among the five law firms that were suggested by Yelp Mike Yee from Yee Law Group was the one who responded first. Mind you, this was on a Saturday where most law offices are closed. Mike was responsive with great follow-through. He answered many of my questions, he was professional and nice and from that communication I agreed to a free consultation. I did inquire with two other firms but Mike had the most reasonable rates. Their main office is on Land Park in Sacramento but I found out that they also have a convenient location right here in Roseville just 5 mins from my work. We started the process and completed the whole thing in less than two months. I'm so glad to finally get this one task done. Thank you, Mike and the Yee Law Group for a smooth and painless transaction. Review #3196

I brought my 18-month-old daughter, and he made it completely comfortable for us both. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he never rushed me during our free consultation and was very generous with his time. He patiently walked me through different scenarios, explaining why I shouldn't make certain decisions too early, which gave me real peace of mind. He also recommended a fiduciary, set up the call, and made sure I wasn't charged just to get a file started. Everything was setup as flat, "out-the-door" fee so there were no surprises. Knowing he recently became a dad himself made him even more relatable and understanding. I left feeling like I had a plan, not stress, and that my daughter's future was in good hands. He's knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely family-friendly. I would recommend James Hammer to anyone who wants both expertise and a lawyer who truly cares.
