He conducted a site visit, and we walked through timing, layout, toast sequence, meal flow, and dessert timing in advance. Because of that preparation, setup was efficient and seamless. I value precision in planning. We discussed serving dish sizes, buffet layout, and table placement so the event would function smoothly. Ponciano engaged fully at that level. During the reception, when a guest accidentally broke glassware, it was handled without disruption. Ponciano and Erica remained attentive throughout and took care of what needed attention. As the sun shifted during the afternoon, one couple began getting too much direct sun. Without making it a production, Ponciano adjusted the setup in the moment so they were comfortable for the rest of the event.
