He called for the replacement cost and I asked for pricing on one size bigger, after we decided we need a larger unit, he order the replacement air conditioner for next day installation. He arrived exactly on-time for the appointment and increased the air conditioner capacity to fit the actual size. The appointment was finished under the estimated time and they were very courteous through the entire experience. While replacing the air coil, Mike showed me the location for the furnace and humidifier filter allowing me to change it myself. After replacing the air conditioner and removing the old one - he made sure that I had the information needed and made sure that if we had any questions to call his office. Great service and great/honest serviceman. I'll not call anyone else for future HVAC matters and wouldn't hesitate to only shop here when it comes time for me to replace other units. We had a family friend who knew a little about AC units come out to see what was wrong and he thought maybe there was some kind of wiring issue from when they installed the new control board. We called Loescher and they said it's not a wiring issue and the parts aren't connected. When we had someone out earlier today, they said it was indeed a wiring issue, that Loescher had crossed a bunch of wires and even forgot to reconnect a couple. He informed us that this isn't the first time this company has done this and to avoid them in the future. Please, if you're looking to have this kind of work done, don't call Loescher.
