After the furnace got balky and wouldn't run consistently, I called them and was scheduled for 1…read morehour following my call. The service technician arrived in 45 minutes. I explained the problem. He checked the programmable thermostat, then the furnace, did an electronics test and found some part malfunctioned, a solenoid, I think. He showed me the electronic test and I saw the failure register. He retrieved a new part from his truck, had it installed in less than 15 minutes, rechecked the system and performed another test and pronounced my furnace as being cured...for now. WHAT?? Yeah, he informed me this was usually the part that failed a majority of the time and based on what I briefed him on, he had a pretty good idea what the problem was. Anyway, he cleaned out the dirty furnace, buttoned it up and wrote out the bill. I paid him and he was gone - all in just under an hour....and the house was warming up. Yeaaa!

We called them to look at our furnace, they were honest about the cost to repair and the cost of new. We chose to go new because the furnace was older and we knew we would have more problems. The costs were explained up front, we knew the start date, plans were made. On the day of the install, the men came in, put down plastic runners to protect my floors from their work boots, and did the job with a minimum of disruption to my day. Then they hauled all the old furnace and trash away. You couldn't tell that they had been there, except for the quiet hum of our new furnace. We highly recommend them!

I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. Do your self a favor, order your filters off Amazon, they are cheaper and you don't have to be treated terribly.

Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. This is a frustrating review to write because I've used Mario for 3+ years for regular HVAC tune…read moreups with no issue. He's always been responsive, helpful, and did a great job. However, I recently had a horrible experience with him and his team. Our HVAC unit wasn't working and we called Mario and his team to repair. They charged us $2,350 for a few pounds of refrigerant, sealant and 3-4 hours of labor. When the work was done, they claimed that they'd used gauges and detected that the leak was sealed. We sent a $545 payment on June 3 for the refrigerant and labor, a $350 payment on June 5 for the sealant and labor a $1,500 payment on June 12 for the repair of the leak. I asked for detailed receipts of the work four separate times and the detailed receipts were never sent over. On top of that, a few weeks later we had the same exact issue with our HVAC unit. When we called a different repair person, the refrigerant had dropped significantly AGAIN and we were told that the unit was still leaking. We reached out to Mario various times asking for receipts and explaining our frustration. As of today, we've gotten no response, no refund, and no promise to return and look into why the leak that they claimed that they'd fixed was not fixed. All in all we're out almost $2,400 with no true fix to the HVAC issue that we called Mario & his team for to begin with. I'm willing to remove this review or bump up my ratings if I get some sort of response. But at this point we've been waiting for a response and requesting receipts for over a month with no action.
