UPDATE: I'm changing my review to 1 star and will not be using this company again…read more I called to schedule an estimate for another cracked window I recently noticed in my upstairs bathroom. I asked whether there was any chance it could be replaced by tomorrow, and I was told the turnaround is usually 1-2 business days. No problem. What completely turned me off was the attitude of the person I spoke with. He was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily snarky. He told me, "Just to let you know, we don't make the windows, we just replace them," as if I had said something unreasonable. Then when I mentioned tomorrow, he responded, "Tomorrow is not a business day, it's Saturday," in the same snooty tone. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. I was simply asking about availability. And considering this company has business hours listed on Saturdays, it was not some outrageous question to ask. I really wish I had gotten his name, but I was so caught off guard and irritated by the interaction that I ended the call without asking. This is especially disappointing because I had just used this company only a few weeks ago and had a good experience. It's amazing how quickly one rude interaction can completely change someone's opinion of a business. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that can replace a window. Customer service, professionalism, and basic respect are what make people want to come back. This company lost my business over something that could have been handled with simple courtesy.

Honest, reliable, and truly stands behind his work…read more We had a great experience with Chris from Quality Glass Bathroom Help. We originally contacted him in July because our sliding door had come off the track. He came out, fixed it, and charged us $135. He also told us that his repair came with a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, the door came off the track again, so we reached back out to Chris. He came out yesterday to take another look, honored the warranty, and was very honest with us about what was going on. He explained that the door would need more extensive work and gave us an estimate of $1,200-$1,600 for the additional repairs. We decided not to move forward with the larger repair because of the cost, and what really impressed me was how Chris handled it. He completely understood our decision and offered to refund the original $135 service charge since the door was still having issues within the warranty period. I really appreciate this level of honesty and integrity. He could have easily just pushed us toward the more expensive repair, but instead he was transparent about our options and made sure we were taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business owner who is honest, reliable, and genuinely stands behind his work. Thank you, Chris, for the great customer service! I would definitely recommend Quality Glass Bathroom Help.

Short version: Quality Glass will give you superior quality and excellent service at a better price…read morethan any of their competition. Cris was perfect from start to finish. I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install. Then on the way out Cris fixed the hinges on my door, I guess because he's a handy guy and had a drill in his hand. Excellent work, full marks. 1000 points for Gryffindor.

I received a reply stating that they have been calling me to "make it right" but that I am hanging up. That's just not true! Secondly, they said the door was reinstalled in the "same shape" as when they removed it. 1. They adjusted the rollers to make it easier to remove. Okay 2. They reinstalled it and left. Not okay. 3.
