There appears to have a lot of spaces with different types of activities like laser tag/paintball from what I saw. Staff: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over the rules and were able to supervise us despite the large group. They arranged fun little competitive tasks for us, and that made everything really fun! Activities: Having some friendly competition was an excellent idea! The balloons challenge was a fun addition as well! Definitely an excellent idea for some group bonding!

Ooh, and only some of the stuffed hunted animals remain. Eric is still there and as awesome as ever!! I've brought some friends in who were interested in beginning archery and Eric had been nothing but a rock star - uber knowledgeable, helpful and understanding, and uber welcoming to the sport. This place has outdoor targets in varying yards ranging from a now unofficially marked 10 yard distance to 70 yards. Outdoors, plenty of trees, and free. Only caveat to being outside is.. If you shoot an arrow into the woods you gotta go and fetch them yourself. In my opinion, that just adds to the experience :). A little crazy during the summer with all the bugs haha. Very nice during the winter. Also, I have yet to see more than three target range taken, so I would almost day you're guaranteed a range everyone! If you wanna pay a little extra, there are reserved areas inside the building for members, and reserved parking too!

**Extremely Disappointing Customer Service - KaNisha Meriwether**…read more My experience dealing with KaNisha Meriwether was incredibly frustrating\. I made an honest mistake when ordering my compound bow and contacted customer service willing to pay the difference to get the correct package\. I offered several reasonable solutions, including paying through an invoice, purchasing the missing accessories separately, or exchanging the bow through an authorized local dealer\. KaNisha repeatedly dismissed every option and insisted that my only choice was to return the bow, wait for a refund, reorder, and wait another two weeks for the replacement\. I understand that company policies exist, but I was disappointed by the lack of effort to explore alternatives or escalate the situation to someone who might be able to help\. The difference was only around $20-$25, and I was willing to pay it\. I wasn't asking for anything free\. I was simply asking for a reasonable solution to an honest mistake\. Instead, I felt like I was being brushed off rather than helped\. What makes this especially disappointing is that my family has supported this company for generations\. My great\-grandfather, grandfather, father, and I have all been customers, and I was hoping to pass that tradition on to my daughter\. I even still own my grandfather's Alaskan bow from the 1970s\. To have that kind of family history with a company and then feel completely dismissed over a relatively small price difference is disappointing\. **KaNisha, customer service is about more than repeating what a customer cannot do\. It's about making a reasonable effort to find out what can be done\.** Even if company policy ultimately prevented an exchange, I expected more effort, communication, and willingness to escalate the issue\. I hope management reviews this interaction and considers whether this is the kind of customer service experience they want representing their company\. After generations of loyalty, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company\. **A very disappointing experience that could have been handled with much more care and effort\.**

I had a lot of fun looking around at my own pace and seeing all the goodies. The archery range here is incredible! I like the different targets available. I like the different hobbies represented here for example: fishing, hunting, personal safety, firearms, and archery. We picked out some great items here and really enjoyed looking around. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate these heroes!!

This place is out in the middle of nowhere. I guess it kinda needs to be as their website states the facility has four acres of land and an eight acre lake. The only thing that identified that we were at the right place was a small sign on the gate. I parked and was warmly greeted by Dawson. He advised us where to go and to check in with our vouchers. Prior to coming here I had reserved the spots as instructed on the Groupon. This is a family owned business operated by a mother (Lureen) and son (Dawson) team. Both are instructors but Dawson was the one that lead the session that day. They started by telling us about the bow types (they used Olympic quality bow), proper handling and the safety aspects. The first hour was to get familiar with the stance and bows. The session had 14 people so Dawson would take up 3 - 4 at a time and coach them on the proper techniques. He was very encouraging and patient. By the 2nd hour, most everyone was more comfortable with shooting they started a challenge to determine the winner. While people were waiting their turns, they were entertained by the free range animals there. The pigs were both really cute and friendly, there was a rescue duck, two rescue horses, 11 goats (they were roaming somewhere so no one saw them) and probably a bunch of other animals we didn't see. Dawson was even surprised when he saw the duck and asked when his mom had gotten her. Lol. Right now it's hot everywhere and I wasn't sure how they would conduct the class outside in the heat. There's a shade canopy for people to sit under and it had a nice breeze but if you sweat easily, maybe wait until it gets cooler for a more comfortable experience. I'm not sure but they might have evening sessions as well. Besides archery, gardening & fishing classes are offered as well as kayak rentals. Both Lureen and Dawson were very personable and they did an great job in educating everyone about the sport and made sure they had fun while doing it. Come and check them out!

This month we ended up at Central Florida archery. We signed up for a 2 person novice lesson. When we got there, they had the equipment ready for us. Our instructor was Mike, and he was great! Mike walked us through how to decide which I is dominant, how to hold a bow, how to shoot, how to aim, and everything we need to get started. Then we got to shooting! The lesson was one hour long. Mike was so good, we both got bullseyes before time was up! We're already talking about planning another day to come out and do this again. It was such a fun experience. They offer lessons from one person up to a group of people. They also allow you to bring your own gear or rent their gear to just come and shoot without doing a lesson. One thing to note: The address will take you to a red gate, which is closed. You have to open the gate to get in (it's just latched) and close it behind yourself before driving down the sandy road to the parking lot.
