i had a broken glass on my Tesla model X, could not get fixed at my tesla dealer due to parts shortage, i bought a glass online, and started my search for a professional auto glass installation company. and i found Gator Auto Glass, called and went in today, Manny, i think he is the owner, is very professional, explained everything before he started, and pointed out things I should pay attention to, and the glass I bought onlne was a little different from the one on my car, but he managed to make it fit. During the process, he was very careful and took the time to be sure all things are done right, not rushing to finish. I highly recommend Gator to anyone who needs auto glass replaced. read more

Oh my oh my! Talk about life savers at Gator Glass! After a regretful night of intoxication and massive amounts of vomit and destruction, I woke up the next day with a cracked windshield. I woke up not knowing any facts that happened except that my poor car, being the chosen one to deliver a group of us to and fro our destination, was not in achy, cracky, pain. After asking a few friends if they had any referrals, a friend of mine told me that I should go with Gator Glass. She said they are the best and that trey would also be the most reasonably priced. So I have them a call and they told me the price for a Hyundai Elantra windshield. I forget the guy who answered the phone, but he was super polite and friendly. I'm always afraid sass people may be pushy, but he told me the prices of the Hyundai brand and an aftermarket price and never tried to shove anything else down my throat. (Much appreciated). They also have another guy who installed my windshield and he is so polite! He really works very hard and makes sure the windshield is placed in perfect condition. Overall, this place is professional, friendly, and very very reasonably priced. I have to say that if something ever happens to my windows on my car again (although I pray nothing ever happens... ), this is my GO TO place from now on!! read more

Gator Auto Glass was recommended to me by a Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff. The gentleman that runs this business was able to make accommodation to see me the same day. The windshield cracked on my new Camry XSE the first month and I had to replace it ASAP Since my insurance needed pics. Satellite wanted over 900 for everything and to reset the censors! I had no choice, I wanted a reputable warranty. My uncle owns a Real Estate office up the street, and informed me that he's worked with Manny with a few of his vehicles, I called and I'll say, the customer service was fantastic, he went out of the way to ask me For pics and send me Pics to verify which censors it had. By the next morning I got there, he got there as well with the glass in his truck. He did an amazing job, charged less than half and gave me a lifetime warranty! And tbh his glass is better than Toyota's! I've had rocks hit me hard aF now, yes I have a small chip but this Windshield they installed at gator glass really takes it!! Don't second guess it, go to this guy before your dealership or Safelite. Thanks again! read more

Used them twice for two different door windows. Each was time able to get right in for repair. Price was fare. His number is one to keep.

Where do I start?!? Manny is great - professional - goes above and beyond! We had our window busted out by thieves. I had originally called the major brand people. They said it would be a week before they could get the glass and would cost over $400 to repair. Then, thank God, I was at a client's business in Ontario and they told me to just drive over to see if Gator Auto Glass could help me. Not only did they have the glass in stock, but they did it right then for me. He drove me to a restaurant to wait across the street, and then was patient when I forgot to give him the key! He came back to get it and was SO understanding and didn't make me feel stupid. HE SAVED US $100!!!! And a week! Sooooo, he was so good that when I got home I told my husband, let's go there tomorrow and get your windshield fixed. We drove back and they did it quickly and professionally. Manny will have all of our business now. We are already referring friends. I wish other businesses were as good as this one!! Thanks Manny. See you next time! read more

While we were on vacation there was an attempt to break into our car. Fortunately, the windows in our vehicle were made of a laminated material such that the window did not shatter but merely cracked. When I contacted my insurance company, Allstate, they were unable to locate a supplier who could replace the window immediately (they required 3-5 days). I conducted a little research and was recommended to Manny at Gator Glass. I contacted Manny who informed me that he could locate the special window replacement and have it installed the next day! Manny was terrific and on point. I dropped off my car and the vehicle was ready within the time frame quoted and the price quoted. I paid for the work myself opposed to filing a claim with our insurance company as I could have the work performed quicker and cheaper than they could. I highly recommend Gator Glass and Manny as a reputable company. read more

I would like to highly recommend Gator Auto Glass. Manny was very courteous with me and set up an appointment at my work location. Manny called me in advance with the appointment time and was able to work with my schedule. Since my facility is a secure location the repairs had to be made off the property and that was not an issue for Gator Autos Glass. Manny and Adrian coordinated the repair to meet my needs. I really appreciated that. My window was repaired within 30 minutes and the service was outstanding. I appreciate the professionalism and customer focused service I received. Adrian was extremely polite, friendly, and demonstrated that the new window was working properly before he left the appointment. Thank you, Manny & Adrian. read more
