The windshield cracked on my new Camry XSE the first month and I had to replace it ASAP Since my insurance needed pics. Satellite wanted over 900 for everything and to reset the censors! Where do I start?!? Manny is great - professional - goes above and beyond! We had our window busted out by thieves. I had originally called the major brand people. They said it would be a week before they could get the glass and would cost over $400 to repair. Then, thank God, I was at a client's business in Ontario and they told me to just drive over to see if Gator Auto Glass could help me. Not only did they have the glass in stock, but they did it right then for me. He drove me to a restaurant to wait across the street, and then was patient when I forgot to give him the key! He came back to get it and was SO understanding and didn't make me feel stupid. HE SAVED US $100!!!! And a week! Sooooo, he was so good that when I got home I told my husband, let's go there tomorrow and get your windshield fixed. We drove back and they did it quickly and professionally. Oh my oh my! Talk about life savers at Gator Glass! After a regretful night of intoxication and massive amounts of vomit and destruction, I woke up the next day with a cracked windshield. I woke up not knowing any facts that happened except that my poor car, being the chosen one to deliver a group of us to and fro our destination, was not in achy, cracky, pain. After asking a few friends if they had any referrals, a friend of mine told me that I should go with Gator Glass. She said they are the best and that trey would also be the most reasonably priced. So I have them a call and they told me the price for a Hyundai Elantra windshield. I forget the guy who answered the phone, but he was super polite and friendly. I'm always afraid sass people may be pushy, but he told me the prices of the Hyundai brand and an aftermarket price and never tried to shove anything else down my throat. (Much appreciated). They also have another guy who installed my windshield and he is so polite! He really works very hard and makes sure the windshield is placed in perfect condition. Overall, this place is professional, friendly, and very very reasonably priced. I have to say that if something ever happens to my windows on my car again (although I pray nothing ever happens... ), this is my GO TO place from now on!! read more

While we were on vacation there was an attempt to break into our car. Fortunately, the windows in our vehicle were made of a laminated material such that the window did not shatter but merely cracked. When I contacted my insurance company, Allstate, they were unable to locate a supplier who could replace the window immediately (they required 3-5 days). I conducted a little research and was recommended to Manny at Gator Glass. I contacted Manny who informed me that he could locate the special window replacement and have it installed the next day!
