The minute we met her, we knew she could handle anything that came her way--her experience shines through in every detail! At our very first planning session, Shawna brought up things we never would've thought of on our own and gave us thoughtful, unique ideas that added such a special touch to the day. As the date got closer, she took over communication with all of our vendors, made sure everyone had a clear, flawless timeline, and even ran a ceremony rehearsal for our entire bridal party to help things go smoothly. Of course, wedding days come with surprises--like forgotten flower girl petals, vendor delays, and parking issues--but Shawna handled EVERYTHING with total grace and control. She was calm, focused, and had it all locked in without ever making us feel the stress. Her associate Kim was equally amazing. She kept me grounded and calm throughout the day, always made sure we had a fresh drink in hand (literally as we stepped foot off the aisle), and even had our plates ready while guests were still being served. It's the kind of thoughtful care that makes all the difference. You can truly tell Shawna and Kim love what they do--their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made our day unforgettable. I had a solid idea of what my wedding was going to look like and about a year to make it come to life. That said, I had hired all my vendors and planned the event pretty much on my own, but Selena's expertise towards the middle-end of the planning process was key to our wedding going off without a hitch. Selena's expertise really helped in areas such as group vendor phone calls, software to map the venue and flow of event, generating a multi page timeline, and of course day of support. In my instance, I essentially passed off all my planning about 1-2 months out. By then, Selena had already sat in on phone calls with all vendors so she was able to tie up all loose ends/send out final communications. That way, I could start to focus on things like pre-folding 120 napkins, getting my table cloths steamed etc lol Selena is creative, easy to communicate with, and kind hearted. She's very invested in her clients and I felt like we were friends by the end of it.

The wedding processional she was eating and couldn't be interrupted. She yelled at my wedding party non stop as well as the mother of the bride. My mom was so upset she almost left the reception. She yelled at my bridesmaid as she was trying pin my dress for the first dance. Forget bridezilla she became wedding plannerzilla. She kicked my brother and young kids out of the wedding. Mind you I did so many calls with her 3 year old daughter. Selena literally ruined our wedding. She yelled and screamed the whole time and made the whole day awful. I can't believe the positive reviews. She even bought things without my approval and charged me for them. I can't believe the positive reviews. DO NOT USE SELENA!

Someone who understood the different tunes and generations present and could cater to all the ages. Every part of our day went right. The grand entrance up until the last song and any adjustments were taken care of easily in between. They even recommended our friends and family a bar to go to after the wedding and it was a success! I would definitely hire Jerry and Zeke again and so happy I had them for our wedding :)

We originally heard about DJ Jerry a year or two back from a friend of a friend when we started the planning process. Fast forward a year or so and we are locking him in as our DJ for our wedding. Not only was he up front and honest about the whole process. Since I never met him in person, I had my thoughts about what type of DJ he really was. All the info I could find on him was positive. Every bit of it and that made me confident in our choice before even hearing him. We even used their Photo Booth services for our guests and for our guest book! Which came out amazing. Jerry ran the show like he's been doing it for a very long time. The music he played was perfect for the vibe we were looking for. The only problem is that we couldn't let him keep playing past curfew since the dance floor was still packed. Turns out we were very fortunate to have DJ Jerry available after Zeke was booked. If you want a DJ that is well know around Santa Barbara and has his pulse on the music, don't hesitate to book DJ Jerry. He'll keep the dance floor bumpin.

    I am convinced that Percy was an angel sent to save our wedding…read more After having issues with our prior wedding planner, 4 weeks before our wedding we reached out to Percy, to our fortune, he was available and so happy to help us. Since we hired him, everything ran SO smoothly, he took over immediately and within 24 hours all the vendors were notified and we had a timeline in place. After a day of having him as our official planner, I knew things were going to be great and my stress disappeared. Not only is Percy very organized he also has the best taste! He gave me great recommendations for wedding decor (up to that point I had nothing), he let me borrow things he already had like a cake plate, table signs and recommended some amazing vendors that I still needed. okay not only he is organized and creative he is also the most wonderful human! He was so incredibly patient with us, the day before our wedding he gave me a pep talk about not freaking out and the warmest hug and all my stress went away. He took great care of us during our wedding, we had NOTHING to worry about and everything was perfect. We wish we could get married everyday (to the same person obv!) only so Percy can plan our wedding every single time!

Percy was not only well-versed in planning such an event but also extremely knowledgeable about our particular venue and its layout. Two pieces of ribbon functioned perfectly as a makeshift aisle through the dinner tables, and the dance floor became an ideal spot for the buffet until it was time to get up and groove. It worked flawlessly! We had thought we had it all figured out when we arrived at our initial consultation, yet Percy pointed out many organizational issues that we never would have caught ourselves! He was full of ideas and offered creative and educated insight into every detail, especially the crowd favorite: personalized homemade salsa souvenirs that also functioned as guests' seating arrangement indicator (with their name and table # printed on the top). Percy was so easy to work with and took a lot of the edge off by familiarizing us with the process of planning and executing a mid-sized wedding. We will definitely recommend him to any of our friends or colleagues who need a wedding planner in the future!

Sophie and her team were on top of every detail, which made the process so much less stressful than I expected, and when the day came, we were able to fully enjoy it, which you can't really put a price on! The whole thing was beautiful and went seamlessly, even my family and wedding party agreed! Everything was so organized, and I appreciated their responsiveness and diligence throughout the process.
