The wound should have been dressed 3 x a week but they only came once a week. How they were tending it made the wound worse. The staff they sent was inept in the proper way of dressing it. I finally had to ask my doctor to send a different company because the wound was infected. I would not recommend them to anyone. I think they may be defrauding Medical.

We had the most amazing physical therapist, that truly cared and gave my mother the guidance she needed. The people in the office are a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough how they go out of their way to help in any way they can. After therapy, they called to check to see how my mother was doing. It means the world to us to know that caregivers out there really do care. This is truly a company with heart.

It has for nearly every weekend and intermittent weekdays when our regular care-giver is on vacation or otherwise cannot be here. I believe in that time there has been only one no-show due to the regular person calling in sick, but we received a phone call ahead of time communicating that they could not find a replacement. A few times, there have been some last minute changes in personnel or a call indicating they would be a few minutes late, but, at other times they have provided people at odd hours on very short notice. So, overall, we have been very pleased with their performance in a very difficult occupation and plan to continue utilizing their services.
