So after coordinating time off from work and driving 45 minutes one way, I left without being treated. I was offered to come back in 3 hours or to schedule for another day, both if which I declined. I will be changing my referral to another provider. Peoples time is important, please pay closer attention when doing your job, and have a little more respect for your patients time and maybe consider not wasting people's time and having a negative impact on their work lives as well.

Everyone I met from reception, pre-registration,nursing staff, and the anesthesiologist were professional, kind, knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. This is very important because at times like these many may feel anxious or nervous. I am thankful for the manner in which I was treated. One thing I found to be negative was the lack of privacy and the noise level due to the patients being so close to one another with only a privacy curtain and thin walls in between. While waiting I could hear every detail of the patient's conversation with her doctor. When it came my time to talk with the nurse I had to nearly shout because of the other conversations nearby. I received a courtesy call a few days later to check on me which was nice.

They happens every time I come they are always late always super slow. The Doctors are fine but the staff they have in place are probably the worst I've ever experienced. It's time to find a new doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone they need a management change cause who ever they have is ineffective.
