My now husband and i got married in Forest Park, in St. Louis June 10, 2011 (this year) yes, only 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with his service and his professionalism, I had to write a wonderful review about how easy he makes it to work with. My husband and I live way out of town (it was a destination wedding) because my family is from Kansas and his is from Ohio. St. Louis is half way in between, so this was our deciding factor. Paul communicated with me easy over a few weeks through email, and phone about all the details we needed and questions we had about everything. he even was very polite and went out of his way to work with us via our payment options. As I'm sure all brides and grooms go through an experience where you might be over budget or need some wiggle room to make payments possible. I am so happy I went with Belmont Party rentals. We went with Premier Party Rentals for our backyard/barn wedding in Labadie, Missouri in September…read more We ordered 14 round tables, 130 wooden chairs and wine and water glasses for 130 guests for our DIY wedding along with a 40x40' tent and tent lighting. Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

They did add us and the bounce house was a huge success and even though it started raining just as the event ended the kids had a blast playing in the two bounce houses. They came to pick them up and it was still raining but they were able to fold them up and get them loaded very quickly even though the bounce houses were full of water.
