Doors to buildings hardly ever work. Walking path gates work half the time. The gate for the cars has never worked. You think with such high prices you would get at a safe and secure feeling, not here.

I was being transferred to NC for work anyways and when I tried to find a solution to ending my lease early they had no compassion and stuck me with a $3600 balance. I was stuck in a town with no direct access for months, obviously no income from a job during that time, and had someone move my belongings out for me before the rent was due for the following month yet they still charged me the lease break fee of two additional months. That charge still affects me to this day when trying to rent.

I notified the office that I'm moved out of the apartment on May 27. On that day, Cedric requested my keys and advised me to cancel my insurance that day so they can sell the apartment. Today Sept 10, I got a call from debt collections that my credit got hit and I owe money for June. So I risked the apartment getting burned down and damaged with no insurance because I was told to cancel? This could have ruined my life. You too my keys away from me but still want to charge me? Absolutely not. Those keys should have been left with me and I should have had full access in June if I'm being charged. At no point did they try to contact me about paying. They just went straight to collections and ruined my credit. Big big lawsuit coming. Also, the units are infested with roaches. Disgusting.

As relative newbies to Florida, it was critical that we have an agent that knows neighborhoods…read moreinside and out. Estelia does - probably because she's been an agent here for so many years :) We had a challenging listing agent that was fairly non-communicative, but Estelia and her Broker/Owner helped get us to the finish line by staying on top of some seller challenges. Moreover, she's a great negotiator and communicator, we always felt like we were looped in and well advocated for. She also worked directly with our lender beautifully, which just made the whole process feel as stress-free as possible. We chose Estelia because she was highly recommended to us from a friend of ours that had worked with her on purchases and sales over many years. We would very highly recommend her to anyone looking for a partnership as they navigate the challenges and stress (and fun) of buying or selling a home.

I don't believe that they have much interest in selling or helping you buy any property that does not make them a very fat commission. I believe they treat anybody in the lower range like dirt. They never once gave me an opinion on the units I was looking at, but yet proceeded to tell me that I'm not letting them help me when they did nothing. In my experience, I would never recommend these people and I think maybe they're burnt out and I understand that happens, but I can't make that my problem. They will also tell you they're very busy and did not bother them in so many words.

Be very cautious relying on her for advice and guidance on real estate matters. She sends out a valuation of my home on a regular basis. It is so totally pathetic it isn't funny. It is always LOWer than any other valuation you can call up on the property. One of the recent valuations is more than $700,000 below what Zillow values the house at. What is with this nonsense?? Are you trying to convince me that my house isn't worth as much as it is, so that I will let you low ball the sale of it?

At the time we had the opportunity to move into one of the brand new buildings in a 2bed/2bath. Pros: Great safe location, friendly and accommodating front desk staff + maintenance team, amenities (heated pool/hot tub, nice gym, Amazon lockers, landscaping). Caely, Sev and Ana at the front desk were always super helpful and planned some great community events such as food trucks and pool parties. The maintenance staff was also fantastic and always punctual whenever an issue occurred. You also have easy access to 275 NB/SB, Publix, and the new Top Golf. Cons: The biggest con, (I can only speak for the newer buildings) was how poorly insulated the newer buildings were. They look fantastic on the inside, however, you can hear absolutely everything whether it's above/below you or to the sides of you. You definitely get used to it, but it was a downside for the amount money we paid.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!…read more This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare. The amenities are of shockingly low quality, and the exterior is filthy and unkept. The landscaping looks like it hasn't been touched in years, and the parking lot feels unsafe--especially with the broken gate that's been left inoperable for who knows how long. The trash compactors and garages? Also inoperable, and to top it off, there's mold everywhere--yes, even in the so-called car wash station and the garages. The pool is utterly unusable, and good luck getting any help from the staff or maintenance team. They are completely unresponsive and when they do finally get around to fixing something, it's always done in the cheapest, most half-hearted way possible. This place is beyond horrid. 0/10--stay far, far away!

I originally used FLL to purchase a home and they sent me options daily within my price range and suggested areas that fit my lifestyle and needs. Charles is an expert negotiator and held difficult conversations to get me the best deal but also thought about the property from an investment perspective. He thinks outside the box and I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own. I've also used them for property management which has lifted a burden from the back and forth with renters. Any repairs that needed done they took care of it and kept my renters happy. I would enthusiastically recommend this team not solely based on my experience but also the fact that where other realtors have let me down, they gave me the red carpet experience.
