I recently had a similar sized throw dry cleaned in Tolland for $12 so this price feels awful steep. Most disappointingly, when I dropped off and picked up, both staff members were not wearing a mask when I walked in. Mind you, it's also a laundry mat so people were inside. When I got to the desk, they pulled it up, under their nose. The woman was folding clothes very nicely on the counter I was at. No mask, no gloves, didn't see her wipe anything before she serviced me or went back to clothes. No plexiglass or divider either. I'd be livid if my clean clothes were folded on the public cash register counter with no safety precautions. I'll be leaving my blanket in it's bag for a few days. I will not return and tell friends to go elsewhere. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

Firstly, I came in on a Friday around 9:20am and the owner mentioned my suit jacket and white button down would be ready by 3pm. They don't wash on Saturdays, but the desk is open to pick up clothing items. I had a wildly busy Friday, so this Saturday pickup option was awesome for me. Right in time to head up to the Met in New York! The owner(s) I think are a really sweet couple, and it's apparent that they get good business from how full their (excuse my pleb vocabulary) laundry rack(?) is. People only usually think to leave reviews when they've had either a wildly negative or wildly positive experience, so I thought I'd leave this as your everyday review. Overall: suit jacket came out perfectly, button down came out perfectly, everything was timely, owners were kind, what more can I say? I once put my coins and detergent in the wrong machine, and the staff have me more quarters and offered me detergent to wash my blanket. The tailor did a wonderful job, and i find him pleasant. Always greet him with a smile (before masks were a thing) and he was always nice to me. Plus they are open on sundays, which most places aren't! Also, i feel safe leaving to do other things while my things are in the washer/dryer. Some places i feel like i need to stay watch my things. I really like this place.

Also stated my fleece was a coat and wasnt a fleece. So, when entering the facility there are no price boards letting you know price for services. They charge as they want, also i gave a $20 was charged for a coat price and not as what the owner charged on ticket. Very unhappy customer, and won't be a customer again.
