The first time I came to Coco, I used the kiosk and ordered a classic lava pearls milk tea which is black sugar coated tapioca with milk tea. The second time, the order kiosk was busy so the staff member asked what we would like. I wanted to order a lava pearls jasmine milk tea, but was informed that they didn't have black sugar coated tapioca. I instead ordered a Jasmine Standard CoCo Milk ($5.05) with Tapioca ($0.69). Staff were friendly and listened to my ice and sugar preferences. Coco's bubble tea is smooth and creamy, but I personally prefer a stronger and more natural tea flavor. It's not bad to fulfill a bubble tea craving though.
