Coco is a premium bubble tea brand with over 20+ locations on the East Coast and 5000+ stores around the world. This Coco is located inside 99 Ranch Market and you can enter through 99 Ranch Market or it has its own entrance. You can use the order kiosk or order with the staff. The first time I came to Coco, I used the kiosk and ordered a classic lava pearls milk tea which is black sugar coated tapioca with milk tea. The second time, the order kiosk was busy so the staff member asked what we would like. I wanted to order a lava pearls jasmine milk tea, but was informed that they didn't have black sugar coated tapioca. I instead ordered a Jasmine Standard CoCo Milk ($5.05) with Tapioca ($0.69). Staff were friendly and listened to my ice and sugar preferences. Coco's bubble tea is smooth and creamy, but I personally prefer a stronger and more natural tea flavor. This Coco was hidden in the corner of 99 ranch supermarket. Fast service. Drinks were delicious. Well I only ordered one but the boba had great texture and good tea flavor. They had buy 1 get 1 30% off which was a good deal. Many people just buy the drinks before they go in shopping at 99 ranch. read more

As others have mentioned, this location is located inside the 99 Ranch Market (they also have a separate side entrance). The Boba drinks here are good, for the most part- depending on the person making them. My family and I frequent this location, however today's order was a miss as I think the worker is new. All in all, the drinks are good and we will give it another chance. read more

Kind of disappointed. How can a bubble tea place not have bubbles in their drinks? Personally the bubbles are my favorite part, and to realize only upon drinking that there were in fact ~none~ was a serious let down as I rarely get bubble tea in the first place! A good place to stop by after supermarket shopping as it is right next to the 99 ranch market. The only disappointment is that it has no seats/ tables to hang out and enjoy the drinks. The store is designed for take outs. I am from Queens and had the pleasure of getting bubble teas from the best locations as to speak . The bubble tea they offer has limited flavors. I had their basic flavor and it did not disappoint. It brought joy to us on this kind of spring weather. Service is fast and the server was nice. read more

I got the Bubble Gaga which is passion fruit green tea with jelly and boba. You can adjust ice and sweetness. I prefer my boba with a slight hint of honey/brown sugar but this tasted just regular unsweetened to me. The chewy texture was just right for me though. read more

This place is a big disappointment. I rarely walk into a bubble tea place and not order anything. The service is bad here because they're banking on the foot traffic from the supermarket so they feel the business will just come to them. They don't have to try. Worst location of Coco I have EVER WENT TO!! I've been to over 6 different locations and this is by far the worst location to exist. They hired this girl who clearly doesn't know how to take orders and has a massive attitude. One advice for her - if she hates her damn job she should do everyone a favor and quit. The girl with the slanted eyes at the front made a mistake on my order and had the audacity to give attitude. I ordered a Jasmine green tea without milk and she made them ALL with milk. When I told her that we didn't want milk as we asked for Jasmine Green Tea she went and started saying "we don't have Jasmine Green Tea only with Milk". "So what do you want just Green Tea without milk??" In all the locations I've went to they always ask milk or without. Especially since when I order I never say MILK TEA. I always say MILK tea if I wanted MILK! Then when I told her I didn't order with milk so then she reluctantly started remaking our drinks. While she was remaking them she was banging EVERYTHING! She was banging the ice box, banging the ice shovel. So pathetic this is the kind of person Coco is hiring. She should be fired for not having any customer service skills. There's people out there who provide better service than this trash of a person. Coco needs to do better. This location is just not consistent! Either the drinks are great or you waste your money with no in between. We've given it way too many tries and when we've complained, nothing. No response! Not asking for refunds but improve your consistency. Too much competition within minutes to not listen to your customers. read more
