The female staff attendant that was working this day was very friendly and assisted me with my issue. I had a wash card that a vendor had given me in 2024 while working an event at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. I figured I use it this day. So apparently, it was annolder version of the new wash cards, and the price had gone up slightly. I believe her name was either Mariah or Mahliyah. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The wash process takes about a few minutes and does an excellent job in getting cars clean. I also like the tire shine that they provide as well. My tires were Shiney yesterday. I really like their vacuuming station. The spaces are large enough to fit most vehicles, and there are vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle, so you don't have to struggle with just one hose. They also have a washing mat station as well. Overall, it was an excellent vist. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll probably return here again whenever I'm in this area.

That was the benchmark I was measuring against. Unlike, Scrubbles you hand an employee cash directly or hand them a coupon as was my case. The wash itself was fine. I parked to use the vacuums and that went fine. I didn't think the vacuums were particularly strong, but I wouldn't say that is much different than most car wash places. My car got an okay clean and there wasn't any issues I saw. The pricing seems pretty similar to Scrubbles, but nothing stood out as great or as really bad. This place is an okay car wash place offering the usual car wash services.

Last night, I went there to get a quick wash before using my car for business this morning. While rinsing, I kept a close eye on the timer. At 1:07, it shut off without warning. Livid, I found a phone number on the door and left an angry message. I assumed this faceless (there are no people there to speak with) business would ignore my message anyway. To my surprise, I got a text at 6am profusely apologizing. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the owner/manager apologizing and letting me know that they replaced the timer on that particular machine. He also refunded my money, which I definitely didn't expect. I'm really quite impressed by how caring and considerate the owner/manager was. Definitely go to this one. At least you know that if something goes wrong, they'll make it right.

Bring a towel to dry your car off as the vending machine offers the standard blue towels but it is out of order. No indication. Just took some money and jammed. Vacuum works well. No mat machine to put your mats in. I'm leaving here quite unhappy as I spent ten dollars and my car looks like crap. Not a lot of money but I'd rather pay that to drive through a car wash. Also, this place does not have any employees on site.
