The owner Stephan did not disappoint and treated me to one of the most spectacular food and wine experiences of my life. It's a busy restaurant with just a few staff so don't judge them on how long they take because you're in Italy and you shouldn't be in a rush anyway. All the staff are running food and drink and helping each other out. All the food was delicate and perfectly prepared with attention to detail. I was alone for the evening and the portions matched what I could consume - which was appreciated. They also have wifi which was convenient for me as a traveller.
