I suffered with months of pain and discomfort after bridge work and root canal. Trauma, pain, suffering, sleepless nights, missed work. I ended up leaving this office because of the horrible mismanagement of my care. They didn't know why I was in pain and they thought I had trigeminal neuralgia. Terrible. I seeked a second opinion. New doctors had to perform the bridge and root canal along with another root canal all over again AND root canal surgery (Apicoectomy) to fix this mess he caused me. When I found out what was wrong with me, I called his office and told them. I asked for a call back from him. It took Dr. Gastaldi a week to call me back. I was with all infection in my sinus along with inflamed necrotic dead root nerves for months and he couldn't find 5 minutes in his day to call me back to discuss. My case was not urgent to him. It was clear he didn't want to talk to me. When I eventually spoke to him 10 days later, he lied about talking to my root canal specialist. Another doctor spoke on his behalf. I caught him in a lie on top of this! I got my insurance involved and they found that he was NOT in standard of care. THE WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I eventually sat down face to face with Dr. Gastaldi to discuss a refund and he cried to me about a personal dilemma in his life. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I did get my co pay back. but I am still thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix his mess. Go somewhere else more reputable. Look at reviews first. read more
