Then they ended up charging me an exorbitant amount when 1 electrician knowing how to be careful and knowing how to reinstall ceiling lights should have accomplished this in much less time. I don't think I should have paid for their lack of knowledge to get it right. Even the listed mailing address here on yelp does not accept the mail.

A couple of months later, the Association did receive an invoice, with lots of late charges. The Association Manager called them, explained the situation and asked that they remove the late charges and bill me directly. Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
