When we had a problem with the unit several months later (a manufacturing issue, not an installation problem), Mark immediately ordered the replacement part and let us know it would be several weeks before it would arrive. Like everything else these days, backorder is common. He was extremely apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. The part ended up arriving at about two weeks and Mark let us know right away. He was able to squeeze us in to fix the AC (thankfully!) and is handling the warranty issue with the manufacturer. He stayed after hours to get the job done rather than leaving and returning- very appreciated when the heat and humidity was unbearable. Great work, great service! This minor project took them 2 days to accomplish and 3 different people. Then they ended up charging me an exorbitant amount when 1 electrician knowing how to be careful and knowing how to reinstall ceiling lights should have accomplished this in much less time. Instead, they apparently sent the invoice to my condo association, although they seem to have gotten the name of the association wrong and the invoice was not received. A couple of months later, the Association did receive an invoice, with lots of late charges. The Association Manager called them, explained the situation and asked that they remove the late charges and bill me directly. Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
