The work…read morewas not completed as expected, and portions of the job remained unfinished after payment was made. I made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the situation, but the project was never completed. As a result, I was left with unfinished work and had to explore other options to address it. I understand that delays and unexpected issues can occur in any business. However, my concern is that the work I paid for was not completed, and I was not refunded the payment. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage others to ask detailed questions about timelines, payment terms, and project completion expectations before hiring.

Had to shut off my water to keep from flooding my garage. Got told "Can't help you until Monday" and basically tough luck by 3 different local companies before I called Chris. Yes even everyone's favorite local company that rhymes with Ballin told me tough luck even though it was an emergency and I had no water for my family of 5. Long story short, Chris left a family bbq and showed up in Hey Dudes and fixed my valve. Goes a long way when someone shows up for their customers despite the circumstances. Give him a call if you need an honest plumber.

I ended up calling a few other companies first whose emergency numbers didn't work, said they were on their way and didn't show, or said they were booked. Mind you our ceiling was gushing water... I should have called Maroon Plumbing from the get-go, but had never dealt with this issue locally yet so did not know about them yet (hence leaving this review for others to know). Erich was able to come out quickly the next day and fixed the issue super efficiently and patiently explained what he was doing. I then shopped around for a company to do repiping and settled on Maroon Plumbing again. Yes, it's pricy, but for the work they do, it is fair. I mean, do you really want to deal with a flooded garage or future leaks from a poorly done job? They were also one of the only few who had 1 year warranty on the stuff they worked on which was not available at most of the other places I had contacted. Overall they were friendly and very professional. I recommend asking for Erich or Wyatt. Extra points to Erich for being so sweet to my cat who got in the way all the time he was working.
